Arise! is going out of business

Arise! Resource Center and Book Store is going out of business. Their prices are dropping throughout the week and on Saturday, May 15th, they’ll have a farewell bonfire.

We’d like to thank Arise! for everything they’ve done since 1993 to help promote and support zinesters and zine culture in the Twin Cities. They’ve been a huge source of support for the Twin Cities Zinefest and their presence will be sorely missed. We take comfort in the fact that current collective members will have a hand in the future of the space — when it becomes Boneshaker — but will miss what it is today: a monument to activism and DIY culture.
